There are several versions of the video, please choose one that fits your Internet connection speed.  You will need REAL player or Windows Media Player for these videos.  Links to the video players are below if you need them, both players are free.
REAL Files to download then play.  These are kind of nice because you can download them into a folder on your PC and play them any time you want to.  These take a bit more time than the streaming REAL files but the trade-off is you have the file and don't have to buffer it for streaming again.
56k REAL	Fair quality, but pretty quick download
100k REAL	Better quality and fairly fast download
256k REAL	Good quality, will take a few minutes on dialup but it's a nice enough quality to be worth the wait.  Very fast download on DSL or cable
Streaming REAL Files that buffer for a minute or so and then play in a streaming format.  These don't take much time, but you don't have the file when it is done playing.
56k REAL	Fair quality
100k REAL	Better quality
256k REAL	Good quality, might re-buffer a time or two on dialup, but on DSL or cable this is quite nice
Windows Media Player Files.  These will stream automatically in the player.  If you want to download and keep these files, you just right click the link and "Save Link As" or "Save Target As" depending upon your browser type.
56k WMV	Not great quality, but pretty quick download
256k WMV	Good quality, will take a few minutes on dialup but it's a nice enough quality to be worth the wait

REAL Player	Free video player from REAL.  REAL provides a bit better video quality at lower resolutions than Windows Media Player
WMV	Free Windows Media Player 7.1 from Microsoft.  Most PC's already have this installed, so only download it if you need to
